In Art Taipei 2014, Lin & Lin Gallery locates at the main entrance (booth: B07), delightedly presenting a series of magnificent masterpieces, including: the forerunner of Chinese modern art, Sanyu; the modern master , Zao Wou-Ki; the iconic figures in the renowned “Hantoo Art Group”, Lu Hsien-Ming and Kuo Wei-Kuo; the prestigious video artist, Chen Chieh-jen;the most talented Cynical Realism artist in the field of Chinese contemporary art, Liu Wei; and the icon of post-70s Youth Cruelty artist, Yin Zhaoyang.
Moreover, Lin & Lin Gallery is endeavoring to promote potential young artists, such as Hung Tung-Lu, Liu Shih-Tung, Lai Chiu-Chen, Huang Chia-Ning and Chiu Chien-Jen. The efforts not only lead to a complete spectrum of Chinese contemporary art, but attract global attention. Most of the artworks are collected by international art museums, foundations and collectors. The achievement plays an important role in establishing future Chinese aesthetic system.
Meanwhile, this November, Lin & Lin Gallery teams up with the curator, Sun Dongdong, putting forth a curatorial project Wormhole↔Geo-attraction, which will be on view from 1st to 23rd November.Theexhibition features 16 the most promising young Chinese artists, who redefine contemporary art through the use of an entirely new language, influenced by the era of globalization.
